Upcoming Lecture on Vessel Documentation Issues

On Wednesday, November 19 at noon, we will be hosting the Hawaii State Bar Association Admiralty Section's quarterly meeting at Damon Key.  All members of the Hawaii State Bar Association are welcome.

The topic for discussion will be vessel documentation, an area full of new developments.  The speaker will be Captain Fred Tucher, who recently retired from the Coast Guard after 25 years of service.  He was the district's senior attorney from 2001 to 2006 and has extensive experience in vessel documentation.  Long time local admiralty attorney  Bryan Y.Y. Ho will also attend if his schedule permits to provide his practical experience with vessel document issues.

If you are a member, please email me and join us.
