Winter v. NRDC - More Briefs Submitted Supporting NRDC

The final amicus briefs in the Winter v. NRDC case were filed and are available:

Two California legislators filed a brief supporting NRDC outlining their concerns about the impact to the State of California, available here.

Several conservation organizations filed another brief supporting NRDC arguing the merits of the injunction, available here.

And, two UCLA law professors raise their concerns with the separation of powers between the Executive Branch and Judiciary, available here.
