Annual Hawaii Real Estate Litigation Update - HSBA Real Property Section

Full disclosure:  most of my practice involves LAND and not the ocean.  We live on an island after all.

In any event, on Friday, my partner Greg Kugle and I will be providing our annual Real Estate Litigation Update to the HSBA's Real Property and Financial Services Section. This is about our third time providing the update and last year it even made it to youtube  (Materials from last year's talk available here.)

As a teaser, we will cover Hawaii decisions from the last year involving land use, administrative appeals, quiet title, shoreline, reg takings and condemnation, and preemption. We will also cover decisions from other jurisdictions which have an impact on Hawaii property law practice.
